You will demonstrate:

• Experience in private practice, consultancy or commercial housebuilding
• A strong track record in visioning and masterplanning for sites of varying scale
• Expertise in residential layout design with a commercially astute approach
• In‑depth knowledge of the Scottish planning system and local authority design guidance
• A proactive, detail‑driven and professional approach
