You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Supporting the sales team by preparing accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and solution packages aligned with client requirements
- Interpreting floor plans and developing detailed project specifications, drawings, and workspace solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Customer Service, and Operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project materials
- Assisting in the development of client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and sales pitches to support opportunity progression
- Calculating pricing components, including product configurations and logistics costs, while ensuring proposal accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining quotation records and documentation to support project tracking and post-installation requirements
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to balance workload priorities and meet critical client timelines
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales support within the office furniture industry or a related field (e.g., interiors, construction, or workplace solutions)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and specification development
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing quotations, pricing proposals, or technical documentation in a sales support or similar environment
- Ability to interpret client requirements, floor plans, and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests under tight timelines
