Γ£ö Leading the full crop cycle of berries – from planting through to harvest
Γ£ö Overseeing crop husbandry, irrigation, and pest management
Γ£ö Managing multicultural seasonal teams
Γ£ö Driving high standards in compliance, sustainability, and quality
Γ£ö Supporting the business’s regenerative and biodiversity goals
