Quantity Surveyor

We're hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned civil engineering contractor in Glasgow

If you have experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts and are ready to hit the ground running, this temporary role could lead to ongoing work on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts
✔️ Prepare and submit valuations
✔️ Monitor and report costs
✔️ Assist with forecasts and financial reporting
✔️ Evaluate subcontractor applications

Requirements:
✔️ Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering
✔️ Knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Immediate availability
