Project Coordinator

Description:

Mac Network Services Ltd is a growing company specialising in delivering the latest technology across networks throughout the entire UK. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, working closely with the project’s Build Manager to deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange access, outages, health and safety packs, traffic management, materials, logistics, and job packs for each project.
Updating and maintaining client software and internal systems with project progress and details.
Collaborating with the Build Manager to efficiently plan site surveys and manage the handover process to clients.
Coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Monitoring project timelines and milestones, addressing any potential issues proactively.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support project delivery.
Supporting the Project Manager in managing the acquisition process for sites requiring lease amendments.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working as part of a project team, ideally in a similar role.
Telecommunications experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and third parties.
Strong data management and IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
