What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.
  • Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems.
  • Produce and manage diaries, record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Top-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond
  • Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.
