Junior Cloud Operations & SRE Engineer

The Junior Operations & SRE Engineer will assist in the day-to-day operations and reliability engineering tasks, focusing on learning and developing their skills in cloud infrastructure management, automation, and incident response. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in cloud operations and site reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•  Monitoring and Incident Response: Assist in monitoring AWS infrastructure, responding to alerts, and participating in incident resolution under supervision.
•      Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Support the maintenance and improvement of existing infrastructure automation scripts (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
•      Patch and Update Management: Assist in applying patches and updates to the infrastructure to ensure security and stability.
•      Documentation: Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
•      Reporting: Assist with the compilation of routine operations reports, including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc data.
