As the Head of Digital Transformation, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving the organisation's transformation agenda end-to-end. Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy across core operational functions. This includes leading the design, development and optimisation of digital products, platforms and processes that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
You will:
- Own and drive the enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and long-term strategic goals
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital products and platforms, ensuring they are scalable, user-centric and impactful
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies, data insights and industry best practices
- Oversee large-scale transformation programmes and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, governance and measurable outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insight and recommendations on digital investments and priorities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation and accountability

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will be a seasoned transformation leader with a strong track record of driving change in complex environments.
You will bring:
- A recognised degree in Business, Economics, Actuarial Studies or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience spanning digital transformation, product development, operations or enterprise change initiatives
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital or business transformation programmes, including system implementations and process redesign
- Strong experience in product thinking and delivery, with the ability to define roadmaps and prioritise initiatives based on business impact
- A deep understanding of operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking) and their application in digital environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership capability in building, mentoring and scaling high-performing teams
- A strategic, analytical mindset coupled with the ability to execute in fast-paced, evolving environments
