About the Role:
As a Global Transformation Manager / Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving infrastructure and application development programs, ensuring smooth project execution, and leading high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & Manage large support teams, including Service Desk Engineers
✅ Oversee Service & Experience Level Management (ITIL/ISO 20000)
✅ Drive Program & Delivery Management for multiple infrastructure & development projects
✅ Define program governance, manage budgets, risks, and continuous service improvements
✅ Engage with CXOs & senior leaders, aligning IT solutions with business goals
✅ Identify new business opportunities and contribute to organizational growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in Application Development & IT Infrastructure Services
🔹 Strong project & program management skills (governance, risk, budgeting, execution)
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects & interdependencies
🔹 Excellent stakeholder engagement & leadership skills
🔹 Hands-on coding & code review ability (as needed)
