Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

Manage reservations and assist with guest seating

Take food and drink orders accurately

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest journey

Ensure tables are clean, organised, and set to company standards

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally

Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant

Confidently participate in social media content creation, including appearing in photos and videos, speaking on camera when required, and helping showcase the guest experience and restaurant culture
