Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Typing minutes and other correspondence
  • Support the site team with admin duties
  • Update progress reports from the site team and keep the client up to date
  • Process maintenance timesheets for payroll
  • Call handling from tenants
  • Update weekly labour costs for construction and AM sites
  • Booking appointments with tenants for access
  • Lettering tenants
  • Photocopying/scanning and keeping all contract files up to date
  • Receiving, logging and distributing site project paperwork

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
  • Good organisational skills to manage demanding workload
  • Ability to work effectively on own as well as being part of a team
